Associate-Retail Department
Location: Chengdu
Salary: Basic Salary + Commission
Responsibilities

Primary role is to conduct retail leasing activity .Ability to cold call prospective tenants for retail projects .

Develop and maintain relationship with existing and new clients and developers .

Conduct retail market research to understand the retail trend, retailers movement and retail developers information .

Lead and conduct negotiation on the deals between the client and landlord .

To assist project leader or assigned leader on day to day assignment including writing reports and documents.
Requirements
-
Bachelor Degree or above, major in Real Estate, Marketing, Economics, Business Management or any related field .

Minimum of 1-2 years experience in related leasing, agency or sales job, good knowledge of retail industry and brands .

Must have client development experience ,Familiar with retailers (Fashion, F&B, Entertainment, Lifestyle, etc.)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Aggressive, responsible and diligent .

Independent, outgoing, and spontaneous ,Team player with potential leadership quality ,Ability to work under pressure or stress.
