Responsibilities
-
General research on market data and business information
-
To perform due diligence work during site visit
-
Assist in market and financial data analysis
-
Assist in performing valuation computation and analysis
-
Assist in valuation report writing
-
To perform any ad hoc task assigned by the Project Manager
-
Reporting to Senior Valuation Specialist or directly to Project Manager
Requirements
-
Bachelor degree in Real Estate / Finance / Accountancy (local education: 一本, overseas education: GPA 3.0/4.0)
-
Prior working experience in other real estate, valuation or accounting firm is preferred but not necessary
-
Basic skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-
Fluent in English ( able to listen, speak and write)
-
Good communication skills, verbally and in written form
-
Able to work cohesively in a team
-
Positive learning attitude
