Location: Guang Zhou

Responsibilities

1. Data mining analysis and report writeup in support of the regular research publications and ppts in relation to the Guangzhou retail property Market .

2.Administrative support to the team
-
3.Data collection and analysis in support of exercises of this kind.

4. Complete all tasks assigned by the Research Head.
Requirements
-
1. BSC/BA degrees holder , with major in real estate, accounting ,statistics or linguistics .MSS/MA or MPhil is a plus;

2.Logical and creative thinking with attention to details and strong numerical skills;

3. Good team-work spirit ,and a self-starter and fast-learner;

4. Strong language and self-expression skills, preferably a good English speaker and a native Chinese.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft software ,especially word excel and PowerPoint.
