Responsibilities
-
Familiarity with the real estate market
-
Site inspection, calculation and drafting valuation report
-
Valuation for listed company
-
Valuation for bank or others
-
Keep good communication with customers
Requirements
-
Good understanding and familiarity with the property market
-
At least two year working experience in valuation in the real estate or asset industry
-
Bachelor degree or above, with professional qualifications, like CREA/CREV, etc.
-
Familiarity with the rules and regulations on the real estate and appraisal industries and proficiency in appraisal knowledge, such as valuation step and methodologies
-
Ability to work independently and with team consciousness, and be able to work effectively with internal and external functions
-
Able to work under the pressure and with a strong sense of responsibility and good professional ethics
-
Frequent domestic travel required
-
Have good professional quality and responsibility
